Carta Capital Mezzanine Fund I L.P. is a specialised investment fund established to provide Mezzanine finance to companies based in Europe. The fund was formed to provide Icelandic institutional investors with access to the global levereged fund market.
The Fund focus is on Mezzanine investments in management buyouts, buy-ins, recapitalisations, expansion and development capital transactions.
The Fund has been fully invested as at 30th June 2007.
